These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern participation in the Syztmz Sub-Affiliate Program operated by SyztmzAffiliates.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "Syztmz"). By registering as a Sub-Affiliate ("Sub-Affiliate," "you," or "your"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Program.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Syztmz Sub-Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by SyztmzAffiliates.com. These Terms govern your participation in the Program.

2. Definitions

• “Company” or “Syztmz” refers to SyztmzAffiliates.com and its owners, operators, and representatives.
• “Affiliate” refers to SyztmzAffiliates.com, which is an official affiliate of Stake.com and Stake.us.
• “Sub-Affiliate” means any individual or entity enrolled in this Program to promote Stake.com or Stake.us using links provided by SyztmzAffiliates.com.
• “Player” means an individual who registers and wagers on Stake.com or Stake.us via a tracking link assigned to a Sub-Affiliate.
• “Commission” means earnings payable to Sub-Affiliates, calculated solely on the wagering turnover of referred Players on Stake.com or Stake.us.
• “Prohibited Conduct” includes any activity expressly forbidden under this Agreement, such as fraud, spam, misuse of accounts, unauthorized advertising, or attempts to move existing Players.

3. Acceptance of Terms

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
• These Terms may be updated by Syztmz at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. You must be legally permitted to promote online gaming services in your jurisdiction. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.

5. Program Participation

Sub-Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to promote Stake.com and Stake.us using tracking links provided via SyztmzAffiliates.com. All accounts, tracking links, and promotional tools remain the property of Syztmz. Sub-Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or partners.

6. Sub-Affiliate Obligations

Sub-Affiliates must act in good faith and promote Stake.com and Stake.us lawfully and professionally. They may not advertise or recruit Players from Syztmz-owned social platforms. They may not attempt to convert or move Players already linked to Syztmz’s code, including self-referrals. Unauthorized incentives or promotions are prohibited unless approved.

7. Earnings and Payments

7.1 Commission Structure

Commissions are earned solely based on the wagering turnover of referred Players on Stake.com or Stake.us. No commissions are paid for signups or Players who do not wager.

7.2 Payment Method

Payments are made in cryptocurrency. Sub-Affiliates are responsible for their own expenses.

7.3 Payment Finality & Disputes

Accepted payments are final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of month-end.

7.4 Payment Delays

No extra compensation is owed for delays beyond Syztmz’s control.

7.5 No Advances

Sub-Affiliates are not entitled to advances, loans, or payments on future earnings.

7.6 Dormancy & Forfeiture

Dormant accounts after 3 months incur $5 fees. Accounts inactive for 365 days may be terminated with balances forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited activities include fraud, spam, bots, self-referrals, impersonation, unauthorized modifications, misuse of data, or illegal conduct. Violations could result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and materials remain the property of Syztmz and/or Stake.com and Stake.us. Sub-Affiliates are granted a limited license to use approved materials for promotion only.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Sub-Affiliates must not misuse confidential information. All Player data belongs to Stake.com, Stake.us, and/or Syztmz.

11. Termination

Syztmz may terminate any Sub-Affiliate account at its discretion for breach, fraud, prohibited conduct, or without cause with notice. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions and future earnings are forfeited.

12. Dispute Resolution & Final Authority

Syztmz has final and binding authority over disputes. Sub-Affiliates waive rights to class actions, collective claims, or external arbitration.

13. Limitation of Liability

Participation is provided "as is". Syztmz is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, payment delays, or crypto fluctuations. Liability is capped at unpaid verified commissions.

14. Indemnification

Sub-Affiliates agree to indemnify and defend Syztmz against claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from promotion, breaches, or misconduct.

15. Force Majeure

Syztmz is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, outages, regulatory changes, or crypto network failures.

16. Amendments

Syztmz may amend this Agreement at any time without notice. Continued participation = acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kingdom Of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Disputes must be resolved in the courts of Kingdom of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

18. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: This document supersedes prior agreements.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
• Notices: Communications are valid if sent to registered email or posted on the website.
